Iranian saffron

Iranian saffron threads, powder and presentation packs, from gramme to kilogramme. The most common grades are Sargol (red stigmas only), Negin (extra-long stigmas), Pushal (with part of the white style) and Dasteh (in bunches). In cooking, just 0.15 g is enough for risotto for 4 people.
